I came around at 12 and i ordered a matcha with some banana cold foam and i didn’t receive any cold foam at all and the employee taking my order was extremely rude and wasn’t engaging at all. I have a picture here before i drink anything and there’s no banana cold foam.

Bought some hot chocolates for some reason they tasted so sour almost like it had cleaner agent residue in them or something. Kids started wanting to throw up so I tried it myself, they were super nasty tasting

I love my Starbucks! All the baristas are super friendly. Service is wonderful! Chuck, the manager, is very attentive and serves with a smile. His management style is reflected on his happy baristas! I love the energetic and friendly atmosphere.

I got a regular caramel frappe and a chocolate croissant and my barista was so amazing super kind!!! Amazing service I think her name was Bianka!! She did an amazing job!

My husband and I went to get our dogs some pupachinos. Normally my daughter is the one that takes them so we really didn’t know how to order them, but I thought the employee will understand the word pup-ochinos. When my husband placed the order the employee asked 3 times “a what” as if he didn’t understand it. He then said oh a pup cup? When we went up to the window the man was rude and not friendly at all. He is usually at this location but didn’t get his name. My daughter also mentioned he doesn’t have good people skills, apparently he’s always rude

Service at this location continues to deteriorate. My last 4 orders have been wrong. Service is very slow in drive through. Employees constantly change. Many don't seem to know what they are doing. Have to ask for sleeve and stopper. I was a regular customer but will have to give it up. Too much money for too little quality.

Every time I go to place an order at this Starbucks, I am served by my 5-star barista (Ben) even during the drive thru (he recognizes my voice, says hello and only asks me if I want it hot or cold), Ben knows exactly what I ordered.

They make my drinks just taste better than usual. I never know what to get, and one of the baristas gave me a really good recommendation that I now get. I’ve never really had a problem with any of the baristas which makes me super glad. The atmosphere of the whole Starbucks in general is actually really cozy so I definitely come back again.

The worst Starbucks in Weslaco, I will purposely drive an extra 10 minutes to avoid these rude baristas.
I placed a mobile that said 3-6 minutes. I show up at the drive-thru 3 minutes later and get attitude and “it’s not ready yet.” I said that’s okay and pull around to the window and barista hands me my drink with attitude and has the nerve to lecture me that I need to wait 3-6 minutes. I said I waited and if I had placed the order at the speaker you would’ve had to make the drink right now anyway so I’m not sure why you guys act like it’s such an inconvenience. Today, I had the exact same thing happen to me again. Attitude at the speaker when I arrived then the barista didn’t even say a word to me at the window, just passed me my drinks and slammed the window. Unacceptable customer service.
