I love my Starbucks! All the baristas are super friendly. Service is wonderful! Chuck, the manager, is very attentive and serves with a smile. His management style is reflected on his happy baristas! I love the energetic and friendly atmosphere.
My husband and I went to get our dogs some pupachinos. Normally my daughter is the one that takes them so we really didn’t know how to order them, but I thought the employee will understand the word pup-ochinos. When my husband placed the order the employee asked 3 times “a what” as if he didn’t understand it. He then said oh a pup cup? When we went up to the window the man was rude and not friendly at all. Every time I go to place an order at this Starbucks, I am served by my 5-star barista (Ben) even during the drive thru (he recognizes my voice, says hello and only asks me if I want it hot or cold), Ben knows exactly what I ordered.
