A few months back I went as a walkin, at first I went a few times the staff was amazing until a wannabe manger a guy with 4 front teeth was insulting the staff with cos word and myself and i answered back sayin why are you treating him like that, then we shared words not gonna lie but he started something he didn't say probably didn't say to manger, a manger is leader with compassion and knowledge btw I was also over charge for foot long close to $29.00 and after the next day he told to never come back the manger of store said I couldn't go no more I reported to subway and never got back at me, then you wonder why its so solo on that subway.. I hope it get fix

Went by today for some footlongs. Was going to use a coupon. The guy came to the window and asked if I was going to use a coupon. I said yes. He said that his coupon machine wasn't working. COUPON MACHINE?!!!! Never heard that one before. He said he could make the sandwiches but had to charge me full price. I said no. Why pass out coupons if your COUPON MACHINE isn't working. This happened around 9pm. Someone fix the COUPON MACHINE. Please!!!! I call BS on the COUPON MACHINE. Btw the guy working this night was full of tattoos. Didn't get his name though. I was still flabbergasted by the non working COUPON MACHINE.....

None of the subways here in weslaco ever have cookies
Went to go eat with Family, the girl working there was making remarks because she misunderstood that we wanted 6 inches instead of foot longs. She kept being rude to my mom and kept repeating herself that my mom said foot longs and even when my mom was paying her no mind, she still kept making the remarks to other coworkers.

I’ve gone multiple times in the last few weeks to this location and have been let down time and time again. last time they couldn’t toast my sandwich.this time i went in drive thru and they were missing toppings and didn’t tell me. that is so rude.
