The food is ok. A bit overpriced and The most inconsistent menu I have ever seen. Overheard visitors ask for a menu item in which he said it was only available in the summer. The customer walked off laughing how it was the beginning of May in this Texas heat and waiting for summer. Don't expect a good drink either, if any! The hours are weird too. You have to check if it's even open and hope it is when you arrive. The owner is really immature. Doesn't handle comments good, for a business owner. I guess you get that mentality from posting memes all day? He will remove you from his discount program is you mention publicly that he went from 15% to 10% and it only applying to 1 menu item per order. He could have only lost an extra $1.40 but now lost at least $28 from me.

update:we tried their smash burger- bacon, it was GOOD. so far the food we've tried is good worth 5 star, however, their customer service could definitely be better. the guys didn't quite engage with customers, we were first trimmers visiting their establishment in person, and we didn't know the burger menu. they didn't offer any info or let us know what the meal came with, etc. there was a weird comment made but oh well.(dine in)food taste 5 star. customer service 3 star.we tried their smoked barbacoa and carnitas, and wow, it is so good! their barbacoa is really good, no nasty fats, super soft and a great smoke taste. the carnitas are juicy, and really good. we want to try their other plates. but pricy but it's expecred...I mean it's bbq:)( take out)

My first time trying their food. Ordered the 1/2lb smash burger combo. At first glance I thought wow $13 for such a small burger. But it is extremely filling I couldn’t finish the whole thing. Chips were stale but a good serving size and comes with 12oz can drink. Overall I was satisfied but only 3 stars- cause of the stale chips. Will be back to try their barbacoa
Quite possibly the best burgers in the Rio Grande Valley. The Eatery is a nice, family friendly, food truck park, and T-Ghost is definitely one of the main attractions. Highly recommend.

I've been following their Facebook page for a while and the pictures are always drool worthy. Finally got to try this place today. My husband picked up some smash burgers. These things are SO GOOD! If you're in the Weslaco area or if you just need a bite for lunch or dinner go check out T-Ghost! Don't sit in another drive thru...go and support these guys! Go and support local!
Google hours wrong. Call and check before you go. Wasted time going and they weren't even open. Don't even have hours posted on their truck.
