I've been here twice and I really loved the food , only issue was they forgot to give us our kids meal, which is fine it happens sometimes so we had to drive all the way back from Mercedes to pick it up. Today was my second time going and I was so unhappy with our order , we ordered quesadillas for both me and my son and this is what we got. I really liked this place but I'm so iffy about going now.

Have NEVER had a bad food experience at any of the myriad Taco Palenque restaurants in the RGV. Reasonably priced too.

They have the best barbacoa tacos hands down. They are authentic Mexican food and a super large portion. They have all of the condiments and extras that you would need. They have a great menu option with lots of choices and truly authentic Mexican food. We love it and we will always be going back. Thank you Taco Palenque. A+

YADIRA is very kind. I spoke to her about my uber eats order and kindly asked if I could have one burrito without lettuce cause the app won’t allow me to switch it and she kindly said she will make sure my burrito had no lettuce as I asked. This gentleman that goes by the name Mario its the most generous busser there could ever be, he was generous enough to get us more drinks and brought us all the sauces we needed, the cashier named Adriana is always on a good mood and never gets our order wrong honestly a great place to go preferably in the morning when these 2 individuals can take care of us
