Food has good flavor and very well served. Place does get packed with a lot of carry out orders but they still manage to get your order out fast and with accuracy. Our Togo place for tacos.

Terrible service, I call to place an order, they tell me that it will be ready in 20 minutes, I leave and leave me waiting for 1 more hour, I speak again and they tell me that it will take 15 more minutes while they give their orders to those in line behind me. , and they give me the sodas at the time of paying, to drink a soda water???

Second time I have a problem here. The first time they did not give me salsa, I called to complain and they put me on hold so I stayed on the line listening how they would attend up to 5 clients and they didn't bother to pick up the phone and talk to me. (I was completely ignored) so I ended the call and called again. The manager was so rude. So I went again after a long time and again I got only one salsa. I asked for another one and the girl was so rude saying she was not allowed to give any more. I called and talked to manager and she told me I had to buy more and that whenever I buy "tamales" it was one salsa per order. I don't think it was appropriate for her to say that! I wasn't buying tamales... so unprofessional..NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!!

4.5 rating from me. Tell u what, the food is consistently very good. The charro beans are sometimes inconsistent(from visit to visit) but still good/very good. The prices are reasonable. I would rather order a taco combo-(4)bistek tacos, beans, a loaded potato and drink for $8 vs a $15 double meat/cheese meal @ WB a.k.a. Whata(nExpensive)Burger!!! I tend to go during off hours usually between 1-3pm cause this place does get busy.
