Great option for a pick up and go meal. Everything I've tried has been delicious, especially if you love spice.

The food was absolutely delicious and spectacular. The best enchiladas poblanos I’ve ever had in the valley. Some of the best rice I’ve ever had. And the salsa was really good too. 100% recommend

Only complaint, signage is horrible (they are replacing sun burnt signs). You can turn inside chainlink fence from US 83 north of I2 across interstate from Arturos. If you miss the small "Restaurant entrance" sign turn in go to 6 1/2 aka Milanos Road on North Side of I2. Turn first right.Curbside, Takeout, Doordash or inside seated service (Min10 people) for old school Martha Stewart style catering... They cater for larger parties at your venue as well.
Vegetarian options: Rudy is a gourmet chef who also specializes in authentic Mexican spiced dishes as well.I told him my wife was sick and needed chicken soup. Rudy and wife Rosemary made the best soup we have had in Weslaco.
Parking: Parking for 50+... parking is gravel and stone.o e way in entrance from US 83 Westbound. In/Out available from 6 1/2 aka Milanos Road north.
Wheelchair accessibility: Many stones in parking lot, if you go for catered event bring someone with muscles to get past stones. There is smooth concrete to get in (no steps noticed).
The owners/staff are really nice people and the soup is delicious!
Easy to order, an adventure to find & rejuvenating chicken soup that cures what ails you. ??
Parking: Turn off the frontage road where it says "Restaurant". That's it. It looks like it could be a field, but drive up to the East side of the cute brick building. If you miss that, take the first right & turn right into driveway. The Soup Doctor is a "must try" takeout treasure.

Little place that does take out only, but very delicious. I had their take of Ramen with pot stickers and it was spicy, full of flavor but could use some bean sprouts and green onions but that's my taste.
