This place is amazing! Better than any other smoothie/bowl place. The staff is superior, everything on the menu is so yummy and they're open late to serve our community. Be sure to check this place out if you're in the Weslaco area!

They have an area for online and app orders but they don't put the order there and I was there waiting and they didn't ask anything if I needed help or something after 24 minutes I asked about the order and they take my order out from an cabinet in the bottom on their side and I told the guy I been waiting for this order and he didn't say anything he didn't care at all
All the time I wasted in there just because they don't do their job the way they are suppose to do it
I hope the person in charge can do something about it!

UPDATE: I did what the owner replied to do. Went to the link they sent, asked a very generalized survey type questionnaire. I received a letter in the mail that looked like it had been run over by vehicle tires that said “here is a $10 gift card” WITH NO GIFT CARD! Is this even real or a joke?! Pictures added. I cannot.

First time here. Very dissapointed. Ordered sandwich, no tomato, ranch on side and coke zero. First time I walked out they put ranch inside and no ranch on side. ALL WRONG. Went back explained issue, remade sandwich. Cashier says that ranch on side (to him) means ranch inside sandwich and then some ranch on side. But he did not put any on the side, so THAT WAS A LIE. I walked out again with remade sandwich. Get on my vehicle and DRIVE OUT AGAIN. Check sandwich, has tomato. Drive back yet again, explain there is tomato and that I just want my money back seeing my hour lunch was just wasted. They proceed to return cash back, walked out. I will think again before going back.

yummy smoothies very buss!! you get a lot of drink for the price, and it’s close to my school so it’s very convenient! I recommend coming here for a refreshing drink thats guilt free! you even get a free one when it’s your birthday?

Not sure where the bad reviews are coming from because I've had nothing but GREAT food and service at this location! Wondering if the bad reviews are just people from other smoothie competitors?!

They take forever to get to the window. Seems like they try to avoid drive thru customers. In the short time that it’s been open, I’ve seen a decline with customer service which is unfortunate. I’ve had an equal number of positive and negative experiences when it comes to customer service from the employees. Traffic also blocks the parking lot and even with staff outside, they all freeze up when it comes time to move the line. They need more training for sure. I did order a flatbread sandwich one time and it was also very lacking and dry. I was not impressed.

Used the app and had to wait 45 minutes to get my food. My wrap was cold and my smoothie was liquidy, which is unheard of in other tropical smoothies.

Smoothies have very little flavor. They are very liquidy but with chunks not a good consistency. The sandwiches also lack flavor. I just ordered a Buffalo wrap and there was very little chicken and almost no buffalo sauce. Very disappointed especially for the price. Other tropical smoothies in rgv have much better quality of smoothies and food. I have visited this location three times since opening hoping it would get better but it hasn't.
