After posting a negative review a while back. We have been in to visit several times. The customer service has been impeccable. The coffee has reached another level of consistency, and the cookie is still as great as usual. I appreciate the owner taking consideration of the critique I had previously posted and replied with humility. I really appreciate the thoughtful response.

Just wanted to say my kids , my husband and I come to daily grind on a weekly basis. I have always had decent service but this time around Jessica helped us and she was amazing!! Kind, sweet and went out of her way to explain some of the new drinks to me, she went above and beyond and we truly appreciate that. Keep up the good work Jessica! Carrot cake is a 10/10 😋
