Definitely the “worst” whataburger in the whole valley.. not once but twice they messed up my order in less than a month... I keep forgetting that’s why I came back but this time it’s FR. don’t go here!!! I repeat DONT GO HERE…

My question is, would you want to receive chicken strips this small? I’m sure their own employees wouldn’t eat chicken strips this small.
I love WB but the service & quality has tanked a bit. Many, not all, often seem to be in some kinda mood, perhaps just tired. The last few orders were all missing napkins or the condiments I asked for. Majority of my orders at multiple locations never provide napkins unless I ask. (Curbside & drive thru) If someone orders coffee, at least offer cream and sweetener! One time I forgot to ask for some at the window and the girl didn't bother offering. Before, they'd at least offer it while ordering at the speaker.

I just went rn and my cinnamon roll was so cold 😔 I just heated it up at home but, damn. I got a mouthful of cold and (hopefully not actually raw) a raw like feel.
