I love Whataburger been going there since teenager. I'm 67 now will keep going untill I'm no longer on earth.Great burgers.Parking: Big parking lot never have problem finding a parking spaceKid-friendliness: My granson likes it.Wheelchair accessibility: Always a wheelchair space available.

I am from out of town and if I could give this store a negative 5 stars I would service is horrible they take so long for orders to come out and when requesting sauce they give attitude or don't put any at all meat was very old tasted stale over cooked . They forgot to out fries in my daughter order of chicken strips order presentación was horrible they didn't close gravy correctly and had it all split on chicken strips it was soggy when I got home and daughter did not eat . I will not be returning very unsatisfied customer.

ZERO manners here.!I ordered online and when I got there, sat down to have a quick meal since I was on my way to work, so I was in a bit of a hurry. Well, along comes the maintenance guy..? I guess you could call him.... picking up trash & so forth... fine.He wants me to guess how long he's been working there.... ( not to be mean, but I could care less ).So I have to stop eating.... and guess.He tells me he's been there 42 years.!Not to salary shame or anything, but 42 years and you're STILL picking up trash.???Anyway....he then proceeds ( and this is the worst part ) to start telling me about his life WHILE COUGHING right in front of me and my meal.!!Jesus Christ.!He then wants to play guessing games again and wants me to guess how many were in his family growing up....At this point, I'm like...are you kidding me..???I'm giving this guy hints that I'm in a hurry and eat before my meal gets cold......20.That's how many brothers and sisters he grew up with.I had to pinch myself. Is this really happening..???Mercifully, after about 10 grueling minutes, he went back to work.....If this isn't the definition of rudeness, I don't know what is.You've all been warned. If you go here and see the maintenance guy walking towards you.Take your burger and GET THE HELL OUT.!!!

This location has much better food than the Hwy 83 Weslaco one. Service was fast and friendly, I asked for extra veggies on my burger and they did not disappoint...I got loads of extra veggies! And they didn't burn the bun And the fries were hot and fresh!
