Great service food was fresh and delicious and the employee that assisted us at the drive threw was very polite when explaining that one of there products was out and offered to replace it for something else due to the inconvenience very good customer service!!!

Glad to order ahead of time and wait. Mobile order = 30 minute minimum wait time , more if there is a line in drive-thru [3 cars] (takes priority apparently). They will give you your order when they feel like it and you will enjoy your meal cold. 10/10 service; 10/10 uhh is this your order?

My wife was stuck in the second line for over half an hour waiting for her “ Fast Food” and had to wait until everyone else who got there after, on the first line to be assisted, not to mention they just took her card and charged her immediately, but didn’t bring her food or card back, until half an hour later!

I ordered delivery directly from the whataburger app yet my order was canceled and I was still charged. When I called to ask about what happened they tried to blame the delivery 3rd party vendors THEY USE to deliver order off THE WHATABURGER app. I will be filing a report with the bbb.

Drive thru Two lanes. How does a vehicle order 4-5 min behind me in other lane and get their order 4-5 min before me. They ordered same method as I did. No online BS. And to top it off COLD BURGER AND COLD FRIES...MMHMM! 17minutes in drive thru. NICE!!! FTP

I always hate taking food out from the drive thru but whataburger never disappoints.
Best burger: Sweet and spicy bacon burger with grilled jalapeños and toasted bun.
Do not expect quick service during breakfast hours at whataburger on Business 83, weslaco. The employees will see you walk in, ignore you for over 10 minutes then finally take your order as your grabbing your things to leave. I do not recommend this location! Very poor customer service!
