Consistently getting orders wrong but kept going back for a second chance and 1/3 and 1/4 and 1/5 always getting something wrong need to pay more attention on what they're doing I understand they are overwhelmed but I just spent over $30 on dinner the only thing that came out right was the soda cuz I poured it.

The food is always right but the wait times are ridiculous. I can place an online order, show up 45 mins after it’s been placed and it still won’t be ready for at least 15 mins. Even when they’re not busy. The ladies in the front are always too busy chatting to do anything.

Service was the worst! Girls to busy talking and attending to the customers. Waited 25 minutes. The girl never called our order out. We call her out on it and she says we didnt hear when they called out our name. That's cause we asked to see if it was ready. Not only took for ever the order was not complete. Why do we need to check if order is right? Do it right the 1st time.

Forgot my sauce dip, I requested all flats gave 8 drums , order lemon pepper & got basically no flavor you see a drizzle of pepper on a few but rest had no flavor at all. Person up front said we should've checked the bag & had to pay again if we wanted the sauce.

I placed my order at 8:41 with a girl in the front that was very rude to start off with, my friend came in 30 min after me and got her meal before mine after I’d been waiting for close to an hour I went to go and ask why hers was out and mine was not they said it’s almost out I asked to speak to a manager when I asked her why my friend got her meal before mine her response was” it’s because we need to clean the greaser” 🤔 okay so I asked the girl what are we gonna do to fix this because I’ve been waiting for an hour she said “they’ll be right out” I asked to talk to another manager that took them about 10 min to get she came in I told her the issue she said well usually if they don’t have all the classics we need to wait to make another batch and we won’t make the other ones because then they’ll get cold I said I understand that but an hour people have been coming and going to pick up they’re orders yet I’m still waiting for mine, she continued to tell me well your promise time I said no ma’am no one told me a wait time or a promise time nor did they tell my friend her promise time. She then looked embarrassed and shocked and said I’m sorry that was a miscommunication with the cashiers 🤦♀️ are you serious! I told her I was going to leave a bad review and she just said that’s fine. Honestly I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt but wow just wow! I will not be coming here again!

This place used to be bad. I would always go eat at the one in donna BUT now this place is better than any other wingstop love the new crew. I eat here about 3Times per week. Excellent!
