Food was decent but the service was a bit slow. They also had a real hard time understanding our order, I don't know if the drive thru speaker was busted or not but it is something that the store needs to be aware of.

Was really looking forward to tacos. 1 tablespoon of meat. And sliced cheese. And to burnt to eat. Haven't had jack n box in long time, wasn't great. I understand now why most have shut down.

Food is good but I was only car in drive through on Apr 23 around 1pm and took 15 minutes. Also got sweet tea when asked for unsweet.
Been eating your tacos since 1971 in Baltimore.Since you left our town, Whenever I visit a state where I see your sign, I have to get some.Started at 3 for $1.00, now 2 for $1.89. Still a bargain in my mind.THEY ALWAYS TASTE THE SAME !I know they aren't a healthy choice.... but definitely my creature comfort go to. Always brings a smile when I see your sign.I had 6 .... indigestion....but we'll worth it.

Nice people, but when the display shows several different sauces but when we got it both meals only had one sauces. Not a huge thing but they acted upset when I asked for other sauces. Good food though. I don't like Toco Bell, but I can get behind Jack in the box.

I asked my husband to pick me up a chocolate shake on his way home from work. He said there was no line in the drive thru so there was no excuse for the shake I got. No whipped cream and there was enough chocolate to drown a horse. Not whipped up properly either. Lazy lazy employees. They can't even make a shake. Heaven forbid they do their job. It was between 4:30 and 5 on Monday March 25th 2024. They need to be fired. I had to throw it away!

Well if you want to wait 30 minutes for a snack wrap or 30 minutes for one single burger then come here through the drive-thru they'll tell you to go park around front and wait every single time I've ever come here it's been at least 30 minutes to get my food just speaking truth
