my order is never right. I get off of work late and stop by there late at night. They stop answering the phone an hour before close. They also shut the app down one time and It was two hours before they closed. not only that but I’ve seen them turn their signs off an hour before they close. in the same night.

Awful service there were laughing at the menu line no cooperation going on at all. I thought the person had gotten my order correct but they were too busy laughing around joking and they gave me the completely wrong drink. I wouldn't stop here although it seems tempting the workers of these place are not on point. Too much workplace drama I wouldn't recommend stopping here. Stop elsewhere dammit.

Alright McDonald's West Columbia way step up your game. Your cashier Angel gets 5 stars. He engaged with me as a customer and talked me through some options on the menu. He made a personal recommendation that was fantastic. I am not going to give away his secrets but go in and tell him your hungry, you won't be disappointed. Really great experience with the entire staff. Order was perfect and food was fresh.

Went for breakfast and were out of stock of pretty much everything. How is it possible for McDonald's to be out of anything...very disappointing.

I order a breakfast sandwich on the app for pickup and I ordered it off the monopoly menu. I specifically went to that menu because on any items there’s a monopoly guy in the corner of the item ,which automatically tells you there’s going to be a code with that item. I went back inside to get my code as I was getting help from an employee. This manager I believe came out of nowhere, butt in my conversation and she just refused to give me my code while lying to me saying only one of the specific sandwiches is supposed to have the code and it’s not the sandwich I ordered so I couldn’t get a code. I ordered off the monopoly menu… I even showed her on the app and she didn’t say anything but I can’t give you the code even tho I caught her in her lie. Any other McDonalds will just give me an empty fry container with a code knowing the wrapper of the sandwiches doesn’t come with a code. Very disappointing I’ve never experienced this. The employees should also know how the app works if there’s events like this.

Got to the drive thru when no one else was in the drive thru waited another car came to the drive thru they took their order when I got there first, and they took forever to place my order.

I made a pretty nasty review on here earlier in the day. Me and my mother were extremely disrespected by a manager up there and to make a long story short we called corporate. The store manager got ahold of us and was very apologetic and actually nice. It didn’t seem like he was just trying to push it out of the way and make good. I felt tha he was very mad at this manager for the way my mom was treated and genuinely wanted to give back, and that gets my respect. This store has really been going downhill the last year or so. They have only had one star reviews all year. But this review is in hopes that things get better. Thank you Christian for talking with us and for the great conversation we had and the sincerity that’s so easily missed, especially in corporate America.

This is by far not the first time the drive up has no idea who ordered what and they rarely ever get the coffee right, how hard is it to read a screen? But today at 10:46am was the icing on the cake. Mobile order for a large iced coffee no liquid sugar is all I ordered. The first window was very polite with the receipt, the second window needs to be fired for the worst attitude in customer service possible. No greeting of any kind, tries to hand me a happy meal and I said that’s not my order. She said what did you have with a snarky attitude. I said mine is the coffee from the mobile order. She said what kind? (Because this is approx the 10th time we’ve encountered issues with our mobile order on coffee, I said, can you see my mobile order and what it says?) she said just tell me what kind of coffee it was as she rolls her eyes. I said I had the large iced coffee no liquid sugar. She says something to her co-worker as she turns around to grab the cup, her co-worker looks out the window at me, confused. She quickly shoves the black coffee over ice out the window to me and I said that’s not how it’s selected on the app, it’s supposed to be lighter than that, so you wanted cream then she says with the most hateful look. I said I’m telling you all it asked for on the app and I selected it as a Large Iced Coffee and selected no liquid sugar, so however that comes. I didn’t select anything about cream, it must be automatic? She had the worst attitude I’ve ever seen and mumbling under her breath about our interaction that I had enough and I told her that she needed to calm down and re-evaluate her attitude right now.
Why not just look at what the order says? What was the point of doing a mobile order if I have to do a personal face to face request as well. Doesn’t make sense.
I am sick of this type of poor service yet the prices of things are staying high.
Just do better…..
That was my last chance for them, I’ll drive 20 min to Lake Jackson from now on or make my own iced coffee! Ridiculous.
West Columbia McDonald’s …..find out who was working window two on 9/30/25 at 10:45 am and straighten them out, please.
