How disappointing. I haven’t ate inside in about a year, but you come in and it’s now completely different. They took out the soda machine and now you have to go the counter and wait 10 minutes for someone to help you. They renovated so now you can’t see in the back, nor can they see when someone needs help at the counter. McDonald’s keeps changing for the worse. Doesn’t feel like a family restaurant anymore. Why would they make it so uninviting?

Where does one even begin ? Constantly gets your order wrong. The wait time can be very long for whatever reasons. They served me an under cooked burger and soggy fries, ect. We have a limited amount of dining options in our little town so I hope the right management becomes aware and correct these issues. I have been holding back for a long time but I've had enough of their attitude and lack of attention to detail. Customer service??? Lol this place is a joke

Are times really that hard for yall because yall are stingy as hell with your sauces. I ask for sauce yall give me one damn bbq for two meals then I ask for extra and I say I’ll pay and yall tell me yall are to busy to ring up just a sauce order???? Make that make since????

Ordered online and they had no fish as usual, order extra fries on the kids meals which they did not receive. Asked for sweet tea and got unsweetened and had to wait almost 20 minutes for my food. Horrible service.

Please close your doors because your service sucks . I'm sure it's due to the fact the mgr sucks as well . So f'n ridiculous to spend money on something you want for it to be made by people who don't care or can't read English. I say again please close your doors . Your food and workers are trash . Seems like I’m not the only one that had this problem….I went to the drive trough at 2:30 am they said the system was down and can’t take my order, seems like a reoccurring problem that shouldn’t be a problem. Sounds like “the ice cream machine isn’t working” is what’s going on.

Mere months ago, the 2 sandwich and basket of fries was 6.99 and 7.99 between the double cheese burgers and the hot and spicy. Early last year a hot and spicy was 1.40, and of course used to be on the dollar menu. Now the 2 previously dollar menu sandwich with a very skimpy fry basket is 10+ dollars after tax. They REALLY skimp on the fries in the basket, but with how a small fry is over 2 bucks now it's not surprising.
The prices here are insane, and the obvious corner cutting really makes you notice their penny pinching. I can get two full sized burgers, fries, and 2 drinks for 15 dollars at sonic. If I wanted that here I would be spending closer to 20 dollars. They are giving you less and charging way more, and on top of that I've had my order messed up at least half of the times I've gone.
