Smoked turkey breast is the absolute BEST I've ever had. Collard greens were on point too.. felt like a true fat kid waddling out of this place ?
Every time we have come in the service is terrible. They might as well stop acting like they serve drinks, because unless you sit at the bar you will not get any service. Sorry West Columbia we still don’t have another place to eat. Won’t be back, given them too many chances. 😞

Hipster type chain bbq spot. ribs wasnt even tender. Flavor has potential. Definitely not worth the money.ribbs were mid at best, lean brisket was good , Cobler was great , cake was great , mac n cheese was great. Collard greens were not good has potential but these idiots leave the thick stems in and dont cook it long enough for them to soften properly. Bbq sauce was completely disappointing and the flavor of the meat itself was better than the bbq sauce. Republic bbq if yall read this ima need yall to get it together kus this was not worth the 50$ i spent i seriously hope yall at least take the collard greens stems out kus the greens have potential.

Our waitress Taryn was absolutely the best!! She had a great bubbly personality and never left us waiting on drinks. The food was great and the atmosphere had an industrial modern feel. Don’t forget to finish off with their outstanding cake/pie!! Great place to enjoy and dine. Hope you have the experience we enjoyed and if not, ask for Taryn, I’m sure she will be able to turn it around. Will definitely be returning!!
