Hipster type chain bbq spot. ribs wasnt even tender. Flavor has potential. Definitely not worth the money.ribbs were mid at best, lean brisket was good , Cobler was great , cake was great , mac n cheese was great. Collard greens were not good has potential but these idiots leave the thick stems in and dont cook it long enough for them to soften properly. Bbq sauce was completely disappointing and the flavor of the meat itself was better than the bbq sauce. Republic bbq if yall...
