The staff at this Subway restaurant in west columbia Tx is very rude, the manger Ms. Kim is not a friendly person at all, no matter how nice you be to her, she will always be rude to you and her staff, this is a very stressful environment to order from

Went into Subway in West Columbia to pick up my online order The manager that was on duty was walking in the front door and did not even hold the door open for me and then they made my cookie and Chiro handed it to me and I said thank you y’all have a good evening. Nobody acknowledge that I said anything or replied back to anything that I said.

I ordered on the app, and the app said the order was done. When we arrived, the order hadn't been started yet, there was no customers in the store, and the pretzels I ordered were missing. The employee was very rude about it. I will not be returning.

the workers were very rude !! we were the first ones in and very kind, patient, and understanding. they acted like they wanted to be ANYWHERE but there like yeah it’s a job but at least fake a smile. the food was great.

This particular Subway does not honor curbside. They will mark that your sub is picked up so they don't have to go outside. There's no option on your app to check in when they do that.

Food was great, the girl who made our food was very nice. But... The older lady in there working (I did not get her name) is nothing but complaint after complaint after complaint. It made me want to ask her if I should go to a different restaurant because she acted like the customers coming in were putting her out in some way. I don't know what one of the customers said but I did hear her tell them they could take any complaints they had to head quarters.
