Horrible service, nasty pizza, and atmosphere is dirty The young lady working cashier was unprofessional, she would zone out ever time we would say what we wanted so we would have to repeat ourselves. And the pizza was definitely not the same pizza we ordered the last time we came here. Use to be the family to go to, but we will be taking our money elsewhere. Also the cashier has a horrible attitude, she ended up yelling at an employee for using the restroom.

Where do I begin!! No tea! No fountain drinks! One menu for four people. When he placed our order he informed the cook that it was their favorite customer, DINE IN! Drinks were poured out of a 2 liter bottle!! Our supreme pizza should have been name sparse pizza, very few toppings!! When pizza arrived we were asked if we would like plates. We got our own silverware! Grandson got his hot wings after we had finished our pizza. Will not return and you should never GO!

First of all, there is ALWAYS an issue. But it’s one of the few delivery options so every now and then I order from them. This time, I ordered at 6 pm, and hour and a half goes by and I call and say hey, I know it’s stormy just wanted to check and see if the food was still coming. Girl assures me it’ll be there very soon. 2 hour mark, call. It’s on its way. At 830 I call and I’m like look, y’all close in 30 minutes and I’ve been charged so where is the food, I want to talk to a manager. Girl says the manager has my food and is close to my house. 850, no show, no call, I start trying to call back and the refuse to answer! I’m so pissed. I will NEVER order from there again.

Very friendly staff. Very good food. And for the people that don't eat pork. There is no pork whatsoever. The Canadian bacon is turkey. The pepperoni is turkey. Finally a meat lovers anyone can eat. And they deliver to Axtell. A+++
