Ordered an eggnog iced latte for my husband. He ends up not liking it I went back around the line not even 2 min later to ask the lady if a new drink same size I paid for could be done. She instantly says yes but I have to pay for it. 1. I worked at Starbucks previous years if a customer wants a drink remade or a diff drink because they might of tried something they don’t like we remade it no issue. Why? Because it’s legit money THEY spend. In no means did it take money out of my check.
I proceeded to tell her why) if it’s money IVE SPENT and a drink my husband ended up wanting to try but DID NOT LIKE.
I’m glad for her manager the guy im assuming to give a new drink remade. Thanks for making it right. For your employees. Make sure you read the damn handbook .

For some reason this Starbucks has the worst workers there. When they are never even busy. Why work at a place where you need to interact with guests when you have a shitty attitude? Maybe you need a different job. SHELBY
OH MY GOODNESS!!! THE NICEST BARISTA!!! IF YOUR READING THIS GO HERE. For one, the atmosphere is so nice. And the barista's are so nice and helpful!!!! We wanted to try matcha but we're scared, so instead she offered the Dubai chocolate bar latte instead! So good and here's the order (attached above)
