Stopped by yesterday—wasn’t greeted. Two girls working, one looked right at me when I walked in, neither was helping anyone, and still not a single word. The one who took my order was okay, but again, just not a friendly vibe. The drink was bad. And when I left? Still nothing. No “thanks for coming or have a good day,” no “how was everything?,” just ignored. Terrible first impression. Don’t waste your time. Go somewhere that actually cares you're there.

This place is AMAZING!! Our school met there for the end of the year bash. Everyone that had coffee raved about it. My green passion iced tea was so good. I was especially thrilled that they have gluten free items and offer pastries from Pinch of Salt bakery. I highly recommend the avocado toast. The family that owns this and the workers were so gracious and happy to serve. 5 stars!!!

I like to give businesses the benefit of the doubt and I have been multiple times, and each time I was there I noticed roaches or other bugs, there is also a weird sour milk smell near the bar, DEF will not be going back as I have been there a few times hoping this place was a good place for me to get some coffee and relax. Not a big fan of environments I feel uncomfortable in.
Good quality coffee.

The staff was incredibly kind, and I had the pleasure of speaking with the owner. Wish they stayed open longer, great place to do some work. Will definitely be coming back!

The rating is poor. I work in the office park here, and over the last few years service has been hit or miss, and this is not the first time where I've had to make a decision to discontinue business with them for a little while.
You always have time to acknowledge a customer even if/when you're busy.
The shop wasn't busy, and I decided to walk over and buy some coffee. It's a coffee shop, the drill is you get in line and wait to speak to a barista. While in line, I've decided what I want, as well as a bag of coffee to take back with me to the office.
Maybe it's a training issue, I'm willing to grant them that and I'm sure I'll stop by again in the future and hope that the experience is better, but as it became my turn the barista sees me and proceeds to say nothing. She turns around and begins working on what I presume to be the order of the person that was in front of me. Perhaps she's new, and was feeling flustered. I get it, no big deal, I give it a few seconds for her to be ready for me. Still nothing, she keeps on to the point where I'm just feeling a bit awkward standing there. I decided to leave, I hope they can turn it around in this area.

One of my favorite places in DFW, their coffee is great and so is the veggie sandwich. Highly recommend it

Good coffee with friendly employees. It has a modern minimalist vibe to it. Not too loud or crowded. A great place to get some work or studying done or have a coffee meeting at. They have a few small tables for two. There are a couple of lounge-about spots to sit at. As well as a couple larger tables for up to 6. Plus there is an outside area for when the warmer weather is here.
The food smells and looks delicious, but I only had coffee.
Kid-friendliness: I'm sure they'll take kids, but be prepared to let then use a phone. This places doesn't have anything for the kids to do. It's more of a professional upper-West side kind of vibe to it, then a place for kids.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a sidewalk ramp to get to the coffee shop. The door handles I think are ADA friendly, but I didn't see a push button for the doors. The larger tables might be able to accommodate a wheelchair and I think there is a wide enough space to order and move to the larger tables. One of the lounge-about spots could probably also be made to accommodate a wheelchair with assistance from the staff. I think the employees would be more than happy to help accommodate to the best that they could, if needed.

Just like Larry David says, they’ve got the beans! Sip Stir Coffee House serves up excellent coffee with outstanding flavor. The staff is super nice, always friendly, and greets you with a smile. The atmosphere is cool and inviting—definitely the kind of place you want to hang out. Highly recommend!
Nice atmosphere but didn't care for their coffee. I had the latte but barefly drank half. The roast was different, and not in a good way.
