Starbucks is a conveniently located restaurant along the highway with a beautiful store design. The staff is friendly, helpful, and festive, consistently providing a great experience. The restaurant has clean bathrooms, nice seating, and plenty of parking, although the small parking lot can get backed up during busy times. The location in Dallas features a unique and pretty building with a drive-thru that goes through almost like a tunnel. Customers often enjoy their drinks, with some staff members, like Makiya and Ora, delivering spectacular quality quickly and accurately. Lauren is also recognized for her friendly service and spot-on recommendations. However, drive-thru traffic can cause congestion during rush hours, and on some visits, the microphone volume was low, making it hard to hear the barista.
