Ordered a cafe mocha, it was made incorrectly twice. First one had no mocha flavoring, brought it back to remake. Second one had wrong flavor, it was vanilla I think. Just gave up and left, threw that mistake away. Called customer service to get a refund on the app, while going to another store.

Unable to do a dry cappuccino. I asked to remake it and it seems they only poured out the top and replaced it with some foam.

That’s why I rarely go to Starbucks unless on the road and i go through their drive though. Overpriced drinks, untrained -unfriendly baristas, poor service.

Today is August 8, 2025 about 7:45 am. My coffee was not made to my preference and I asked if this was the correct item I order. The cashier said that they will remake it and I am grateful for that cashier and I thank him. What upset me was the young girl who remade it looked like she hated being there and basically threw my drink at me the best she could without spilling it and emphasized the mistake on my coffee order. She looked about 18-20 years old, has dark brown/ black hair and appeared slim. Mistakes happen and I understand, but very bad costumer service. Aside from that girl, the rest of the team has always been nice to me.

I ordered cookies and a lemonade tor my 6 and 7 year old and tried to pay with cash and they said they wouldn't take a $50 because they didn't have enough cash because they were too busy today. It is not my fault that you didn't plan your money drawer better. As a manager, I would have said so sorry that's our mistake, here is your order. Instead, the supervisor was very patronizing and it's unfortunate because this used to be the best Starbucks. So instead of accommodating us he would rather throw my food and drinks away than let us have them.

I come to the Starbucks almost every morning and the drink quality from these young lady’s named Makiya and Ora are always spectacular!! I always know my drink is made right and fast when they are there.

Poor experience this morning, asked for an English breakfast and a chai. Got the English breakfast but whatever the 2nd drink was, was not a chai. The last couple of mornings I have only ordered a chai and it was good, unfortunately I couldn’t drink it and now have to go to another coffee place because I’m already down the highway and this isn’t drinkable. Also had to wait for them to come back to the window, after preparing the next persons order, to get my receipt.

Today I went to get a Frappuccino. It was $8.34, so it seems reasonable to want it to be good right? Well today I had the pleasureee of dealing with this little blonde girl who clearly needs a refresher on customer service.

I asked for a Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frap with a shot of blonde espresso, extra caramel, extra crunch, and line the cup, no whip. Well I paid, got my drink and left, but after tasting my drink i couldn’t really taste the caramel so I went back to get it remade. $8.34 is a lot to not enjoy it.

I pull up to the drive thru and ask if they minded remaking my drink and the girl taking orders asked me what was wrong; and I said SpECiFicALLy that I taste the espresso, I taste the crunch and caramel drizzle, but the drink doesn’t really have flavor. (Which to me says there’s either too much milk or not enough dark caramel blended in the drink) So they remake it and the girl at the window looked embarrassed to hand it to me. She said that’s a lot of caramel and I had no words but thank you. For my cup of diabetes. I tried to drink it and it was straight caramel sauce. And it made me so mad because the little blonde girl thought she was being funny.

I parked and took it back in and asked for a refund. I told the little blonde girl that I didn’t complain about the caramel drizzle and she said “well you weren’t SPeCiFic” and she was just rude and unapologetic. So please specifically tell her even if i didn’t “specifically” say what caramel, which I did, she knew what she was doing by adding that much. Just being spiteful. This is my first time writing a review, but that blonde little girl rubbed me the wrong way so it’s for her more so than the store.

I added the picture of the first and the remake, I think you can see that she was just being petty.

Wully Mammoth

If you like getting served horrible coffees in a beautiful location, then you will love this place. The staff actually TRIES to emote that they don’t care. The drive through attendant actually noticed that our matcha latte was darker than wheat grass juice but still served it to us… bleh! I am wondering if I will ever get the green color out of my mouth!

I know that the young folks try to seem indifferent and cool and play things off like they don’t care but that has no place in a drive-through or food service at all. If that’s the way, they feel about their job then quit and let somebody who wants to be there be there!

I have given this location many tries but this is the last.

Ordered a spinach feta wrap, was told “give me just a min let me look and see if we have them” about 3 min later she comes back and says “ok got that for you” I proceeded to order my drink and was asked 2 or 3 times for clarification - it was a simple venti passion tea sweetened. Got to the window, the girl hands me my drink and tells me “have a nice day”. I said “my feta wrap”? She turns rudely and says “NO you don’t have a feta wrap, we don’t have those”. I said “I’m sorry I’m confused, I just went through this and she said she checked and she had it” So she just stepped back from the window and pointed at the girl that took my order. Who then comes to the window and said “yes, that was me that took your order, let me go get that for you”. She comes back and says “I’m so sorry we don’t have any”. So at this point I’m confused, what were you doing when I was ordering and you said you were checking then? “There was some miscommunication”. Ok seriously, no whats going on is that no one is paying attention and they’re all screwing around. Now I remember why I go to Dutch Bro’s.

This place is an eccentric towering structure but didn’t meet the expectation or its aura. Service was pretty slow with how many people were in there. 4 total counting the 3 in my family lol. Literally every table was dirty, trash on the floor. Not your normal mostly organized Starbucks places.
