Chipotle used to be a good value for quality food. Now, you’re lucky if the chickens not burnt. They don’t even pour a whole spoonful of chicken but instead let a little fall off the spoon and put the rest back in the container. It’s gotta be 4oz. maybe. I’d rather them measure than have some 16 year old guess. $17 for a drink and chicken and guac bowl? Nah, not anymore. I won’t be giving my money away to corporate greed anymore. Small mom and pops from now on. Out of the last 8 times at 4 different locations around Ft worth I’ve been disappointed and not even about the price. Just lack of service and quality product. No more as of today and you shouldn’t either.

I ordered two bowls from this location and they were out of a lot of stuff even though they don’t close until 10 o’clock They were already cleaning up the kitchen and they were stingy on how much food they gave us I had to ask for extra stuff and I usually don’t have to ask for extra stuff there. I am not happy

From the outside it looked fine but it felt thin. Look how much steak ($2.99 surcharge) is in their dinner quesadilla. It's no wonder the whole world hates you. I had to heat up dinner after my dinner after work bc that is how they feed people who spend 30 dollars on dinner.

I’ve been visiting this Chipotle location frequently because it’s the closest one to my house. Unfortunately, each visit has been disappointing due to inconsistent portion sizes and issues with my order. Even when I order through Uber Eats for pickup, the experience remains the same. I hope management can address these issues and improve the service quality.

This may be the WORST Chipotle location in history! Do y'all even have a manager? I don't know where to start... If you come in within 2 hours of closing they will be putting the food up, cleaning, and not wanting to wait on you at all! They act like they are mad that you walked through the door. They are always out of something. When you place an order through the app and they are out of stuff they just make your food anyways and don't tell you that you're missing half of what you wanted. This location needs a complete overhaul or it needs to be shut down! You're just ripping people off at this point!
