Donuts are fantastic but coffee is never hot enough for me. Coffee was barely warm on my last visit.

Update: I came back recently with a coupon on my app. The coupon clearly stated the dates it was available, but I got told by the man (assuming manager but could be wrong) that it wasn’t going to work because it’s only available on a different date. I then asked to please just allow me to scan the app to try it, and he said ok and kind of seemed annoyed and hesitant. Once the coupon worked he did apologize and we had a laugh about the coupon being offered multiple day this time around. I will say that this encounter was better than the previous time. I’m glad I gave this location another try.
I am not a fan of this location. Each and every time I come the people putting the donuts in the box just do not listen and I always end up with the wrong crap! There is a difference in a chocolate iced Kreme filled donut and a chocolate ice custard filled donut. Maybe this location should reach their staff the difference because quite frankly I am so tired of getting the wrong donuts. If the staff knows the difference, then maybe it’s time to put the custard filled donuts and Kreme filled donuts in separate places so that there is no mistake in grabbing the wrong one. I’ve wasted so much money at this location, but it’s the only location near where I live. I guess it’s time I just say goodbye to Krispy Kreme until I can move elsewhere. This location is really lacking in knowing the register and providing the correct donuts!

I kept seeing ad for chocolate Covered donuts various styles & cream filled it took a 3 trys to get my order correct but when she did explain it would cost additional .40 per donut

We came dressed in green for St. Patrick’s Day. Ordered a dozen of the green donuts and a cute Over The Rainbow Donut. We did not receive our free green donut. And I had $ on my Krispy Kreme app to use, when I let the woman know at the counter, she said “oh well I don’t know how to do that so” and just looked at us. Before I even swiped my card I noticed none of our offers were applied($12 dozen) I had to tell her she needed to put the discount on it. Her co worker had to step in and help us. The young woman didn’t greet us, smile, talk much, much less help us try to redeem the $$$ from my app. I hope I never come across this individual again because my short experience this morning was terrible and I always come to this Krispy Kreme. I drive 15 min to come here but if that’s the customer service I’ll be receiving here, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
The glazed donut is goated, however a little pricey. Good customer service as well.

Completely useless staff, they don’t care, they don’t pay attention, they are slow, and they clearly don’t want to be there. Every time we get something from here there is always issues with the order being wrong in one way or another. Will never visit this location and recommend you don’t either. Krispy Kreme should shut down this location it’s beyond lost. Even management is no help you’ll be wasting money on cold, smashed trash.

No idea, usually good at this location, but today they have a weird smell and taste, like machine grease. I will one bite and that was it, no thanks. I'm all the way home and don't feel like I can go back for an exchange/refund. I'm disappointed. They also have a weird texture like they've been reheated...
