It's insane how management is cutting corners here while prices are going up. They used to give good sized bread and now they serve this tiny piece of bread for the side. We are paying more for less food, shrinkflation is idiotic and so are those who implement it.

The food was pretty good... Had ordered ahead of time but ended up waiting in the drive thru for about 15 minutes behind another customer... Not sure how long the wait usually is at this restaurant because I've never been, but it seemed kind of long... Employees also didn't have the drinks we ordered prepared, and seemed confused about the whole situation

Always a nice place to eat. They have a variety of healthy food. Soups, salads and sandwiches. Yum!!Vegetarian options: Several salad varietysDietary restrictions: I like how they include calories on the menu. Not sure what happened to my review from weeks ago but I wrote about one of THE WORST experiences ever at a Panera store. The cashier girl has horrible customer service experience. I'd even say horrible human being experience. Her super poor attitude would never be allowed in any respectable business. She spoke to the register as she said 'can I help you, rolled eyes, argued with me about My Order placed and finally said F you!!!!!!Either she was addressing me or the manager who ordered her to go to the back area. Either way, it's highly unacceptable behavior in front of a customer. She isn't trained, doesn't value customers and furthermore Panera is still allowing her to be employed there. I had a return visit only to find Panera is ok with this type treatment to a paying customer.This complete lack of human respect let's me know my dollars can be better spent someplace else. ???
