NEEDS A POINT SYSTEN JUST LIKE EVERY OTHER RESTAURANT.
Prefer chicken express. Both are high dollar fast food, but one is tastier than the other.
Love the place
Other than the chicken strips being tasteless, anyone who has ate at this establishment already knows this. The restaurant appears to be be clean and food comes in a timely manner. Make sure to check your food before hand, they will absolutely have you paying for additional chicken but will not fulfill your order!
I am very dissatisfied with my meal. The crust on the chicken was soggy, and the chicken wasn't cooked thoroughly. My lunch break was ruined by this terrible presentation of my food.
Ordered in the drive thru a box combo with an extra tender and extra fries, I was given just one tender and some fries and paid near $20 for that ty canes
By itself, Canes, is pretty good but this place has to be considered one of its backbones because not only the staff was pretty good, the food was great. Now one of my main criticisms at Canes it's how much they rely on sauce but that's also the same reason why I buy it

Awesome crew, come in with a group of 9 mostly kids. Anastasia was very helpful and patient with our group. Food came out quick and fresh.

Their sauce policy ratio is not necessary when you are paying that much for chicken tenders. Not everyone that asks for sauce is to waste it
The food was prepared quickly and tasted great. I asked for extra fries instead of slaw. No problem. Fresh, fast and friendly. It was freezing outside and my food , even the fries were still hot by the time I back to the hotel.
I ordered the box combo.. they have gave me 3 peace With no receipt and they won’t answer the phone
