We ordered ahead and had problems with the app so we thought it didn’t go through. Found out later that it did so we came to pick up 30min after it was made and they offered to remake everything fresh for us at no extra cost! Amazing service!!

The food was good and service was great. They forgot to give me some catchups or hot sauce but not a big deal.
Just realized I paid for a 7 piece and only got a 4 piece. Which sucks because this was for my disabled veteran dad who had a stroke and is on hospice dying. I can only leave him for so long when the nurse is here by the time I realized she had left smh. Do better because I paid for it and did not receive it. A simple order just ruined my day!!

Each time I've come here for lunch, the food is impressively fresh. Fries are always good and not soggy, with salt you can taste which is surprisingly rare for Cane's in my experience. Bread is crisp, it's how you wish all Cane's were at all times. I'll stick to coming here to satisfy my Cane's cravings, because I haven't had it better anywhere else.
Tanya (Tonya?) was so incredibly pleasant and helpful when I picked up my small catering order. She went out of her way to label each bag with what was in it, which made it so easy for me to set up for the event I was catering. On top of that, she helped bring the bags to my vehicle (I chose in-store pickup). She is a gem, and I hope she is celebrated for her hard work!
