It's an ok place to eat. It's been years since I have visited this establishment. Seems to have gone downhill a little. We have eaten here 3 times in this past month. The food is just not as good as it used to be, but they do have a good variety of plates to choose from. It's worth a visit or two, but not impressive as it used to be. I have included pics of the menu as of October 13, 2024 because the dish I had wanted was from an outdated menu on here.

I stopped here for a business lunch. The meals were very reasonably priced, about the $10 per person range. Yhe service was fast and friendly, the restaraunt was clean. The food came out hot and fresh and there was not a long wait, which is perfect for a business lunch. The food was great and the staff was was polite and on task. I would definitely return here if I'm in Wharton.

Passing through and found this place. The employees seemed happy to be there and were very helpful. Their menu is huge so be prepared.
Good prices, ya order at the counter, get your own drink and everything, they do bring your food to the table.

Wow! What a wonderful surprise. Looking for a lunch spot in Wharton, Texas? Look no further--so many good things to say about this restaurant. The food is absolutely delicious, the portions are HUGE (I am pretty sure my chicken fried chicken must have come from a T.Rex-sized chicken!), and (wait for it) the prices are just right. It has become so expensive to dine out, but not here. It was such a nice surprise to eat such yummy food at a great price in a nice atmosphere with good service--hard to find these days, but not at 9ers Grill! Did I mention the onion rings...? Sooooooo unbelievably GOOD!!!
