Either wrong hours posted or workers just close at 9pm instead of midnight like posted. There were employees there chit chatting and joking they did not acknowledge our presence at least to let us know they are closed early. They laughed at us as we drove off.

I ordered BK Jr. Duo, large onion rings & medium chocolate. Milkshake. BOTH BURGERS WERE BURNT & INEDIBLE, , the onion rings were OVERCOOKED, TASTELESS, TASTED FISHY & LIKE THEY HAD BEEN FRIED IN OLD OIL. The ONLY & D- like-warm part of my meal was the milkshake I could barely taste any chocolate. ?️COME ON BK, this was my second time at this BK...I DO NOT BELIEVE IN NOR AGREE THAT "THE THIRD TIME IS A CHARM".....THERE IS NOTHING "CHARMING" ABOUT WASTING &12.54 OF MY HARD EARNED DOLLARS ON INEDIBLE? FOOD....!!I AM CURED!!!!

I'm excited that this restaurant has improved! We dined-in, and the dining room is very nice. Our food was ready quickly and the cashier was friendly.

Horrible service at the drive thru! The lady was so rude and didn't say anything to me. She just handed me my food and shut the window. If you don't want to work in customer service, find another job! My burger also tasted old. Will not go back!
