Placed an Order over the phone well worth $150 on 8/15/2025. I was greeted by Dee , Chris, And Kimberly who took great care of me. Very quality business for your moneys worth. Hope they stay open for the long run. Dee also ran my gravy to my vehicle before i pulled out. With care and customer service like that i’d hate to see them go anytime soon. Keep up the great work.

That’s amazing. Just showed up to chicken express through the drive-through 9:04 PM they close at 10 PM is what he told me and they don’t drop no more chicken after 9pm Maybe they should close at 9 PM. It was amazing.

Chicken Express never disappoints! The food was fresh and delicious, but what really made our visit stand out was the service. Ron, the cook, personally brought out our food with a smile and made sure everything was perfect. You don’t see that kind of friendliness every day. Great experience, definitely coming back!

Restaurant opens at 1030 am. I was there at 1040 and the employees were in there talking with each other and would not open the restaurant for me. Will be sure to go the bay city location or just avoid this location all together.

I came to Chicken Express in Wharton for lunch today. When I arrived I was greeted by Dee to take my order she was very professional,polite and explained to me that they had just opened up but that my order would be out in no time at all. Then from the kitchen I hear the friendly voice of Ron who was cooking tell me that he would be glad to go ahead and get my order started. This is customer service!!! I even explained I had like a 2 hr lunch break and was in no hurry the still went above and beyond to complete my order!!!! Ron even came out of the kitchen and brought me Food and drink!!!! Thank you Ron and Dee for a very pleasant dining experience!!!! Y’all are AWESOME keep up the excellent work!!!!! Xx
