It's the set-up I don't like. I was spoiled with the Bay City location where they have a drink station in the lobby. Here, you have to go to the counter and wait for an employee. They have minimal staff and they look tired. I watch them hustling and feel bad asking for a refill.
The food is always perfect, but the atmosphere sucks. I’ve tried to go here and shop local, but for the money I’m paying, I prefer Bay City’s set-up. Please think of making changes, management/owner. I have talked to many people who feel the same.

Ordered fish, got chicken. Ordered push puppies, got none. The lady in the window apparently hates her job, or at least the drastically large frown on her face and the fact she shoves my order out the window and snapped the door closed without a word said so. Broken bottle in clear view of her in the driveway not cleaned up. Not a very good location.

Placed an Order over the phone well worth $150 on 8/15/2025. I was greeted by Dee , Chris, And Kimberly who took great care of me. Very quality business for your moneys worth. Hope they stay open for the long run. Dee also ran my gravy to my vehicle before i pulled out. With care and customer service like that i’d hate to see them go anytime soon. Keep up the great work.

That’s amazing. Just showed up to chicken express through the drive-through 9:04 PM they close at 10 PM is what he told me and they don’t drop no more chicken after 9pm Maybe they should close at 9 PM. It was amazing.

Chicken Express never disappoints! The food was fresh and delicious, but what really made our visit stand out was the service. Ron, the cook, personally brought out our food with a smile and made sure everything was perfect. You don’t see that kind of friendliness every day. Great experience, definitely coming back!
