Every time I go, without fail, I leave full and happy. Not only is the food amazing but the entire staff makes you feel so welcomed!! I’m so happy to see this place doing so well. You can taste the love they put in every bite. My favorite sides are cream corn and macaroni!!! As for the meats, it’s all very good so try a bit of everything they have that option too as a meal. (I’ve had it a few times now and I still don’t know which meat is my favorite 😅 ) Overall I highly recommend Damon’s, best BBQ around!

I passed through Wharton on my way to El Campo to visit my mom. Stopped at Damon's to grab some chopped brisket sandwiches because mom said she liked theirs the best. Being a good son, I grabbed a few. I will definitely return. Damon's did not disappoint. I like what they do with their onions! Nice friendly people!

Dog friendly outdoor seating. They even brought our dog some water. I had a chopped beef sandwich. The bun was not a regular bun, but added another layer of satisfaction to the melt-in-your mouth beef. We can't wait to go back!
