I was visiting the city for the holidays and my father that's 85 years old and I was racially treated very rudely and unfairly by a young caucasian guy on the afternoon of Friday January 2 2026 being over charged on a carry out special that was supposed to be only $8.65 and called a racial name when on other previous times was treated and greeted with warmth and friendliness.

Today, for the first time, I had issue with a spinach feta specialty pizza not having Alfredo sauce on it. Prepared by Austin. We drove all the way back to town to be told by Steven, that the sauce gets dribbled on top and cooks off in the oven and if they are moving fast, less sauce gets on there. Steven did remake a new pizza, and I was upset because he still refused to put Alfredo sauce on the dough. He said it just isn't made that way. I didn't agree, but I've got to admit, the second pizza, prepared by Steven, was a very good specialty pizza. It came out just like I would expect it to be. Alfredo in every bite. Thank you, Steve.

Order for a future time, paid for it, deliver driver came and said my food wasn’t paid for even after seeing the confirmation email and left with my food. I’ve also noticed the owner will only reply to good reviews and won’t solve any problems regarding the bad reviews

BAD SERVICE, 20$ OR LESS. The dude told me they can’t accept 50$ for a pickup order. Told me to take it up with corporate and gave me 2 stores to go break the bill, for a $30 order. That is ridiculous and an inconvenience. They shouldn’t be denying anything for pick up orders, that’s bad practice. Make the sign bigger if that’s policy cause nobody can see that little print on that door. Next time I’ll take my money to Pizza Hut where they’ll gladly accept my 50$ bill.
