I ordered a chili cheese burger and it was horrible. There was probably a tablespoon of chili on the burger. You're not going to get anything like the picture, so, I suggest that you ask for the amount of chili that you would like. I should have added photos. It was a sad thing.
UPDATE: Im changing our rating from 2 stars to 4. After reaching out to management about our visit, they responded extremely fast wanting to make it right. We weren't looking for free food but just wanting to make management aware so they can address the situation. The young lady that took our order was very kind. It took a while to get our food but the young lady didn't close the window on us while we waited. She held a conversation with us. When our food came it was great. No complaints on this Jack in the box
