When i got out of my truck I could smell Marijuana looked at the white car next to the entrance and there was an employee blowing out a big cloud of smoke. While I wated well past my scheduled pickup time I witnessed said employee mosey in, put together a delivery order then walk out to his car and eventually drive off with the order. Shortly after he left it sounded like a customer called in looking g for thier delivery wondering why it was taking so long. Meanwhile it took 30 minutes past my pickup tim to finally get my order. When I first walked in I was told it was in the oven, 15 minutes later when I went to check on the progress I was told it just went in now. Lying to me doesn't make me happy.

At 4:30 placed an online order with a pickup time of 5:30. Got there at 5:28 and after I paid I was told it would be 10 minutes before the order was ready, (There was only 1 other car in the parking lot) Waited for 25 minutes for my order to be done, when it was brought to us, not a word was said other than asking if it was our order. After being that late, a simple sorry for the long wait would have been nice. Crappy service and pizza was about average.

We Were Indecisive On Which Pizza Hut To Go To Being We Live Between Needville And Wharton But I Wanted To Support Wharton Out. We Walked Into Pizza Hut And Jahlil Gave Us A Warm Welcoming And Sat Us Down Gave Us The Best Service We Got From Around The Wharton Area. He Even Put On The Astros Game On For Me. He Made Sure We Were Comfortable And Well Taking Care Of. I Just Wanted To Come On Here To Show Pizza Hut That They Have A Great Young Man On Their Team. Thank You So Much Jahlil. God Bless You
We ordered online and we didn’t receive our 2 liter Dr Pepper and a small drink and we don’t live near there and I’d called for a refund and they can only credit me like I said we don’t live around there and they only said if we want a refund we would have to go back to get
