I went drove thru drive thru, ordered 3 meals, and specifically asked for light mustard and spicy and regular ketchup. Salt and pepper as well. It’s not the first time I asked because in the past they didn’t do what I asked. Well I get home and they only put 2 reg ketchups which I ordered 3 meals, No salt and pepper, few napkins and the burgers were soggy due to too much mustard and the fries were old I called and some young guy answered and said Hello? I asked if I could speak to a manager and he said he was the manager. I didn’t believe him because first of all he answered Hello? And I told him I said if ur a manager u don’t answer the phone in that manner, How about , Hello this is Whataburger, how may I help u? He then said oh I’m Sorry bout that. So I told him my problem and he just said oh I’m Sorry bout that. I’m like WHAT? That’s all u got to say? I’m eating a soggy burger with old fries and no ketchup! Oh I’ll talk to them. And that was it!! Talk about PISSED!! Won’t happen again tho cause I’ll go get chicken across the street

My burger is always made incorrectly...the stickers on the wrapping were correct but not the Burger. They did make it correctly after I took it back but it took awhile before I got the Burger back and by then my fries were cold!!!

One of the least efficient Whataburgers I've seen in quite some time. Food took 15+ minutes to come out, the dining room was trashed, and - of the 10 people who were there in the hour we were there, 6 took their food back because it was made wrong. We would have too as it was cold when we got it, but did not have time to deal with it. The only saving grace was the manager who came on duty just before we left who freaked out at what a mess the place was. Will not be returning to this location.
