One of the least efficient Whataburgers I've seen in quite some time. Food took 15+ minutes to come out, the dining room was trashed, and - of the 10 people who were there in the hour we were there, 6 took their food back because it was made wrong. We would have too as it was cold when we got it, but did not have time to deal with it. The only saving grace was the manager who came on duty just before we left who freaked out at what a mess the place was. Will not be returning to this location.

Those burgers 🍔 use to be so good back then. Now it's mad with no love. Fries was old and dry. I specifically ask for fresh fries while I wait. But everything is changing in this world. More chemicals mean terrible taste in our food.

I ordered curbside 15 minutes early. Arrived at the set time and checked in. Waited for 10 minutes in my car and food was still not delivered to the car. Went inside to get food and food was ready but no one bothered to look at the curbside checkin. Completely unreliable staff.

The bathroom was clean, and the store was clean, but being a doordasher, there was one problem. They had not even started the order when I got there. I used the facilities and still sat for an additional 10 minutes, which is unacceptable. 15 minutes..... not happy about it.

Vegetarian options: Get a salad for the vegans.

Dietary restrictions: Get a salad with fat-free dressing.

Kid-friendliness: There's no kid space for them to play in, and that's the only thing I can think of right now.

They were not serving anyone. They were doing some outside remodeling, but I don't know what that has to do with the inside. They could put up a sign that says "Temporarily Closed."

Saturday November 23 at 8:45 am waited 30 mins for 3 taquitos and fries. Order came up and was wrong. People kept coming inside from drive thru complaining about they missing food and wrong food in their bag. Poor management and too many youngsters not paying attention.. Never again..

Used to live here. Gone downhill in a major way. After waiting 15 minutes, went to the manager and explained Kids wearing a Wharton shirt who ordered after me got served 5 minute before me said oh your order got lost. When I got back to my hotel fries were soggy, stale and luke warm. Had to go back to store, manager told me he cannot give me a refund because he was fixing my order. I sent 35 minutes getting and coming back to the store to get food and was told he can fix it no discount or give me my correct order at full price. This is ridiculous and store is an embarrassment to whataburger.

If I could give negative stars I would. U have a bunch of kids who don't respect authority so nothing gets done. I placed a curb side order at 715 and didn't get my food until 810. The ready time said 725 to 730. Absolutely ridiculous. That's why we order ahead. And still had to wait. I asked for a refund so I could just leave and was told I had to do it on the app. But they couldn't explain how to. If anyone knows please let me know. And to top it off when I finally got the order it was wrong.
