They don't have online ordering. First and last time going to this Dairy Queen. Places like this suck for small towns that dont have many options to eat out. Was the only customer and had to wait a while for my food (not mad about the wait). Good quality was at the top list of TERRIBLE!! They threw a big steak sandwich and onion rings on top of my tacos (which weren't even in a box). They were smashed and the meat tasted like it had been leftovers for a couple of days and was burnt a few times in the process. Onion rings were cold and let's just say the dog got a chance to enjoy the steak sandwich. Food given to a customer is represented by all employees on shift. Yall should be ashamed to send food out like that! Make it like u would want ur own food made.

We were disappointed all the way around. At first it was just the service or lack of that we were disappointed in because we were never seen by a couple of employees but never even acknowledged. We were willing to over look it though because we wanted some ice cream but after standing there and watching one of the employees keep picking in his hair , we decided we didn’t want it after all. Very disappointing

I liked the retro feel look of the restaurant. Service was good. For dq food, I’ve had better.. they put olives and onions on the deluxe nacho, I wasn’t aware it went on that!
Add On Recent: I went to order an Oreo blizzard cake. I picked up and the icing wasn’t the same as it used to be. Usually it’s whipped and is was buttercream:( which is way too sweet. Also the icing writing didn’t look nice, this was the worst birthday ice cream I’ve ever ordered. It BARELY had Oreo blizzard in it.. we order dq ice cream cakes 2x a year. And I hated wasting money here and it not being up to how it usually is. I’m Posting past ice cream cakes we’ve received from other dq locations vs the one we picked up from here. (You can definitely recognize which cake was sloppy) I am so unhappy about this.

Food was great. Order was taken incorrectly but was fixed. Nice big DQ. Our area DQ closed so we drove a few miles to get steak fingers!

1 word consistency!!! Why is that Soooooo hard to do!! Terrible comes the shake was melted bc she let it sit there while finishing up another order, and my dipped cone never set up and the chocolate was thin and see thru. $14 for 1 shake and two cones… rip off for what was received!

I just wanted some lunch and don't have the extra time to come all the way back for y'all to do your job correctly when it should of been done right the 1st time so thanks DQ for the waste of money and time and I get no lunch. I would eat it if it didn't have stuff on it that could kill me
