While the food is good the server serving us has lost her ability to be friendly. In fact extremely hateful. I’m not sure I even want to come in a place where somebody has such an awful attitude and acts like a you know what!

Omg, this was my first time visiting 'Don Giovanni's'. Actually fifteen minutes before closing. I sat, inside my car and by the time I know, the pizza guy brings it to my car. This pizza was so good. The crust, had a crunchiness on the outside & soft on the inside. By far one of the best around. I am satisfied with the Service & food.

My order was cancelled without any explanation and several hours before they were due to close. I tried to call but kept getting a recording that only gave me the option to keep calling back. Customer service is severely lacking and reason enough to give them no further business regardless of the quality of their pizza.

We ate here several years ago and it is still memorable. The Alfredo sauce was standout. Dipping the house bread in the Alfredo house was more so. Entrees of Stromboli with Sausage, Pizza slices and the Italian Stir Fry were all very good. The dessert Cannoli with Chocolate sauce put us into a coma. Awesome place to visit.

This is a rare find! Surprised is the word when you walk through the door. The dining experience is up there with the very best you will find in the Longview - Tyler area. I had the buffet and it was GREAT. Selections galore and the quality is unmatched with made to order pizza as a bonus! Give this place a try and you'll add it to the top of your Italian restaurant list!

Never been there before today. Had lunch buffet. When arrived had 2 half pizzas at buffet, so had a salad waiting for fresh hot pizza at buffet, never came. Finished salad and tried one slice of pizza since rest of buffet didnt look appealing. Pizza was so tough couldnt hardly chew it, only ate half. Bread was same way. Overpriced at $12. Left still hungary. Will never go again.

A really good local restaurant. Very friendly staff. Good atmosphere except for the CW music. Everybody doesn't like CW music, they should try a mix. Now for a review of the food. For the past month the food has been consistently very good, except for today. Today I tried the Sicilian pasta dish, it was great! Perfectly seasoned with a good presentation. I hope they can keep up the quality of the menu ordered dishes. Other restaurants have lost their quality of food when they add a hog trough buffet. Many people prefer quality over quantity. Keep up the great work Don Giovanni's.

I've eaten here several times. The service is friendly, prices are reasonable. The food is very good. I've tried many different dishes and I have never been disappointed. The pasta sauce tastes homemade and is what I would like to have at home when I cook Italian. The bread and sauce appetizer is a must. The mushroom sauce is great. I like just having something simple. I recommend angel hair pasta and meat sauce. The Stromboli is a hit, highly recommend. I would come back here and try other dishes as well. It's all been good.
