We have spent so much money here it’s unreal. Yesterday we got a shareable meal and there are two of the same shareable meals for the same price one comes with nuggets and fries. The other just comes with the nuggets. They are the same price. I accidentally purchased the one that came with nuggets only. We went in to talk to the employees to see if we could still get the fries and the employee was too busy on her phone to give us any attention and then she acted like we wanted something for free when technically, we paid the same price, we would have either way. Ended up paying another nine dollars for the french fries to shut her up.

I go out of my way to come to this McDonald's. It's always clean, the employees are always friendly, and they treat their customers like people, not cattle.

They open at 5am but it was about 5:10am and there was a car in front of me that hadn't given their order. I pulled around the vehicle to the first window and an employee was just getting her cash drawer ready. She ignored me and walked away. I drove to the Gladewater McDonald's for my meal. This location has a history of always opening late. This needs to be addressed by the owner!

It was about 5:03am when I pulled up in the drive thru lane. There was a car ahead of me. I waited for over 5 minutes and no one was taking the waiting cars order. I drove around to the 1st window and an employee was cash in the drawer she acted like she didn't see me and walked away. It was approximately 5:10am when I pulled out and went to Gladewater's McDonald's. White Oaks McDonald's can't seem to ever be open and ready at 5am. I'll be taking my future business to Gladewater. I came for breakfast but they weren't taking orders 10 minutes or longer after 5am. I suggest you hire people that can get to work on time to open on time.

I've been going here for years, but lately, service has taken a plummet :(
The employees are nowhere to be seen, and it takes a long time to be able to order, so I usually opt to use the kiosk to avoid this🤷🏻‍♀️
But there's always something missing in my order, so I have to wait for them to come anyway so I can get my missing item. They're also always upset and mad at having to attend any customers🤔 or if you use the app for some reason.
Happened multiple times this isn't the first :/

TLDR: Food is okay once you finally get it. If there's nothing missing, that is. And you may get the stink eye from them a couple of times. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I normally come here on my way through because I am from Longview and I travel. I always use my app. Today I used my mypoints and got two hot n spicy mcchickens on two tickets. One in drive thru(got that one) and one at curbside spot #1. I waited patiently at spot 1 until I seen someone get their order before me. I asked the employee what was taking so long on my order. The employee went in and came back out and requested proof. Showed her my order # on the app. She proceeds to go back in and came right back out asking for a picture. I got out of my car and went in. The manager asked for proof and I showed her and she said I was lying even with the proof. I then proceeded to ask for her bosses information. She argued with and stated no one was there but her. Which was a lie since her boss came from out of the dining area and helped me. I tried my hardest to keep a level head especially having a customer service background in management. She was most definitely rude!
