The staff are rude immature kids. They’re too busy messing around with one another to get your order right. I’ve gone several times early enough yet they are still out of most things you ask for! It’s never a better experience when the two older people (assuming parents?) are working the counter. The donuts are just donuts, and I’ll just get them from somewhere else for now on .

Very very disappointed at this place. The staff is so INCREDIBLY rude. I continue to try and give them the benefit of the doubt but I don’t think I’ve been there once is the last year without them being out of something or missing something from our order. When I got back in they will just stand there without assisting. When I asked for my missed order the woman made a snarky comment to me. We live in the area and this place used to be great. But the donuts are just okay and with how bad the service is, I’d rather drive to town to get any donuts rather than deal with such poor behavior and bad customer service.
There’s A LOT of donuts places in East Texas. Poor customer service will hinder this business significantly.

I wanted to surprise my husband and his team this morning with donuts. I found Roughnecks and was happy I did. The donuts were a huge hit! The staff were nice and seemed to really care about their customers. We will be back!

Terrible. I’ve been in a handful of hole in the wall type establishments, this one takes the cake. I walked in and was immediately greeted with the smell of homeless urine and the feeling of getting robbed.
