Sandwiches were made incorrectly. There was sauce just on one side of the sandwich. Got it toasted, but it was stone cold. Mustard in big blobs.

Very rude, and it was dirty. I was told they don't do soup during warmer months. This is not the first time they didn't have soup. It only happens at the White Oak store.

After requesting less sauce I was having to wipe mayonnaise off the entire outside of my sandwich. Every topping was outside of the sandwich covered in sauce and just rolled up in the paper. Will not order from here again.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Placed an app order and when I arrived I was told they were out of bread at 6:30! When I asked if they were going to bake more bread they said no. My app had sent me an alert saying my order was ready to pick up but they hadn't made anything. The only bread they had were two 6 inch pieces of Italian. Called manager to get a refund and they said they couldn't and that I would have to call the office the next morning to get my refund. While I was there another customer came in with an app order, same thing, call tomorrow. Worst Subway experience ever. Tried to go to Subway in Gladewater but they were closed at 7:00. Just absolutely ridiculous

Ok, so they changed the menu. Not to my general liking, but was good anyhow, just modified the ingredients a bit.
It appears that the supply shortage/inflation has hit Subways extra hard. The size of the six-inch sandwich has been reduced by at least 25% while the price has increased by at least 75%. I usually have lettuce on my sandwich, but I couldn't bring myself to adding today's limp brown leafage.

I'm a regular here. Food is good but they have problems keeping help so it takes longer for them to fix your food since someone is always in training. Many times lines are long during lunchtime. If your in a hurry call it in and do pickup.
