Went in and ordered 2 Baja blast freeze and 2 potato grillers, not a minute later all the employees walked out the building and I was left there waiting for my food, I had to walk outside and ask if someone could come make my food I just ordered

I’m extremely disappointed with this Taco Bell. Nearly every visit, they’re out of menu items, and my food is often mishandled—cheese tossed into the bag and covering everything. Ordering is also frustrating because the staff constantly talks over customers. This location seriously needs improvement.

You have 5 people working 1 in drive through and 4 supposed to be making food. There was only 3 people in the dine in and it took 30 min per person to get our food. All the people in the back were focused on drive through. One of the guys only ordered couple tacos and he had to wait forever. I mean come on how long does it take to make a taco. Not happy with the service at all. They need to have at least 1 person on dine in and others on drive through. To keep things moving. And have all employees jump in where needed to make food not just stand around flipping bags and spatulas.

I don't edit my reviews too often because I don't go back after it's bad. A friend brought me here after work and it was great. They got food out super fast and it was nice and hot. Plenty of meat in tacos and the taco was actually full of it's ingredients. I hope it stays like this.

Waited 20min kept watching the grab drive thru before me, the place is dirty like real dirty food wasn't that hot they forgot the sauce in my food and mixed it into another order and my coworker Waited 20min before they took his order then they tried to grab someone else before him place is awful don't go here.
