Waited 20min kept watching the grab drive thru before me, the place is dirty like real dirty food wasn't that hot they forgot the sauce in my food and mixed it into another order and my coworker Waited 20min before they took his order then they tried to grab someone else before him place is awful don't go here.

I am not happy about them having drinks and need better people working and not being disrespectful and not giving me right food
I placed a mobile order for me and my family. On that order was 3 Doritos tacos supreme, and 2 regular tacos. After picking up my order I check the bag and the only tacos they gave me were 3 regular ones. So I went back because I didn’t want my money wasted and my family to not have their food and told them what was wrong; that I didn’t get my 3 doritos tacos supreme. They said they’ll get it fixed for me and then proceeded to give me 3 regular dorito ones. How hard is it to look at the ticket and put what it says in the bag? I’ve worked fast food before I know mistakes happen but you can’t get it right the second time? If the tacos were my part of the order I wouldn’t have cared as much but they were my family’s so having to go back and it still not be right is ridiculous.

Bald white manager wouldn’t give me a water cup and when I told him I would get water and he could watch he said that it’s because other people kept stealing so I can’t get a cup. Get that man fired everyone else is fine.

Went to the yamboree and a parade was expensive 19 dollars for lemonade so we ate somewhere else and had to pay 10 for parking
should have left when the EmS lady told us she has been waiting for over 7 minutes without anyone saying will be right with her but they ignored her Customer service is Sooooooo bad do not greet you or when I told the guy thank you for bringing our food to the table he did not say anything just walked away him and the manager need to be taught how to greet the customers and say thank you they must hate their jobs or they were never taught manners will not be coming back there is better restaurants to go to and spend my money with better customer service/ my grandchildren have better manners then those employees working there even my grandchildren said they are rude and my grandchildren are 14/16 yrs old/ learn yr manners when working with the customers or work somewhere else
