The boiled shrimp catfish and also anything fried is pretty amazing here. I would definitely come here again service was really good I liked it it's definitely a gem around these places.

Ordered for pick up and the food was hot and ready when I got there. The young man bringing food to the cars was very nice and quick, especially when they were so busy with a full parking lot and 4+ cars picking up food.

Had lunch here with people from our corporate office, as well as people from out of state. I had to order 5 other combos to go....only 3 made it back to work, so I had to call and let New Pier employees know that I would have to drive back up there and pick up the other two orders. I still had to pay full price for the combos, they refused to discount anything or even throw in a free dessert. This is the second time in a row this has happened when our company employees have eaten there. I had to spend 30 extra minutes of my work time going back up there, because of their mistake, and I will certainly let others know about it, so it doesn't happen to them as well. Many of our employees eat there frequently. So, if they couldn't even put a free dessert in for their mistake, I will post this review, because I feel they are wrong for refusing to offer anything to compensate good customers that come in routinely. I would give a negative star if that was an option.
