I ordered a grilled chicken and egg biscuit, but received an English muffin instead. After driving around the building and opening the food, I returned to the drive-through to correct the order.
The cashier took the opened, handled food back through the window and passed it to the expo worker, who then handed it directly back into the kitchen area. Per FDA Food Code and Texas Food Establishment Rules, food that has left the window and been handled by a customer is considered contaminated and must be discarded. Bringing it back into the food prep area creates a cross-contamination risk for other customers. I have been ill for the past two days following this meal and am concerned about the restaurant's hygiene standards.

My goal with the mobile order is to have the food ready when I get there for pickup. Instead, the app only places the order after you’ve arrived. Then you get the pleasure of waiting 15+ minutes for them to start finally making your food. Completely defeats the purpose of placing an order in advance. Made me late to work. Also I ordered 30 chicken minis and no jam or honey provided.
The drive through update is AWFUL. There's an empty lane for mobile orders while the people trying to use the drive through pile up. We could've gone to the next city to get food quicker than sitting in that line.

Omg ! Please keep up the GOOD WORK this location has the BEST Chicken Minis... Soft Bread and plenty of honey on top of the bread giving it an Awesome taste. Been to others locations and Minis are DRY and flavorless. YUCK.. I drive out to this location just for the food quality! KUDOS to your Cooks! Doing a Great Job 👍

The chicken sandwich was perfectly crispy on the outside, with tender, juicy chicken on the inside. I tried their spicy chicken sandwich, and the heat level was just right, adding a nice kick without overwhelming the flavor. The waffle fries were crispy and well-seasoned, and the milkshake was smooth and creamy. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot for a quick but satisfying meal.

Always great, and this location no exception. Great company and people. Only complaint is maybe it could be a minute or two faster, but who cares? It's delicious once it comes. Great experience.

Just a heads up if you're using the mobile app, the app lies, it says that they're preparing your food so it'll be ready when you get there but then You get there and your food's not ready, That being said if you order breakfast before 10:30 and get there after 10:30 you won't get your food, what a joke. What made me even angrier was they had the audacity to offer me some lesser food items, no I don't want some crappy plain biscuit when I ordered a ten count of chicken minis, I actually took off work for this so thanks for wasting my freaking time!!!

This is the slowest and least efficient location I’ve been to. Food is the usual great Chic Fil A taste but wouldn’t recommend the drive through, you’ll wait 20 minutes just to get to the window due to the set up.
It's just stupid to order online, pay ahead of time, and then sit there in the drive-thru and wait because they won't start your order until you get there. I'm done with this dump.

What a disaster their drive through lanes situation has become. Making the streets and freeways more dangerous by causing people to order on the app while driving. Shame on this location. They've made one of the 2 lanes a mobile app only lane. It also causes tremendous delays in the regular drive through lane, backing up traffic into the parking lot, trapping parked cars. This is not a corporate move, but a local franchisee choice, as other chick fil a's don't have the mobile order lane. Shame on you. I'll drive 5 miles out of my way to go to another chick fil a from now on. Corporate ought to be made aware of this cluster.
