Parking: Like 30 kind of tight parking spots near a hoodrat motel 6 that is full of trash .... when I pulled up I pulled my firearm from the center console and bolstered it because it looked like that kind of spot

I hate to leave a negative review but from the beginning this was a horrible experience has the rudest server asked to speak to a manager she fixed the issue specifically asked for my eggs scrambled hard with cheese eggs are of mush consistency I can honestly say I will not be eating here again I am very very disappointed

Came here because we love IHOP. This location was very bad. Our server was rude, our booth was dirty. We ate, and when it was time to pay, our server just came around to tell us how much the bill was. I asked for a receipt, she said it would take 10-15 minutes getting us a receipt. I said we would wait, and it magically appeared within minutes. Food was great, but service was horrible.
We came so our grandson could eat some pancakes, service was really good and food came fast, we would definitely be back to this

IHOP is usually out go-to restaurant when we get hungry or just want to go out together in the late hours. We love the food here, and we love the service even more. The atmosphere not, in my opinion, excellent due to factors outside of the restaurant. Some things kept us a bit tense, but otherwise, it's alright.

The lady that took our order was very nice she was so sweet as soon as we walk in there she treated like with a lot of respect but the food is not worth the price it was three meals and one was a burger but the burger was very small for the price and then we order some type of biscuit with a chicken inside the biscuit and it was worth it but the chicken strip meal wasn't worth it at all but we had no other place to go but we decided to go eat there wish the food was worth the price I rather go to Denny's their prices are lower and worth the food

I came in set in the for over 45min other people was served before me after 10 min of they arrival no body came to check or explained about the delay I called for a manager they never came by I can see she look me but she ignored me.Parking: Small parking spaces
