Worst experience ever it’s New Year’s Eve and the restaurant isn’t busy yet the guy at the drive thru is so high it’s taking forever to receive my food I missed celebrating midnight with my family!

They did not give me my tacos, I waited first 1 in a half hour to Order,then I went home and I looked for my tacos and I did not find my tacos. I went back and I waited for a whole hour😡🤬.

I was going to go here for lunch but needed to go to the restroom first but the employees made a sign that said to go to QT to go to the restroom and that it was for employees only.
I won't even go through the drive thru here. I'll go to McDonald's, KFC, or even as the employees sign wanted, go to QT for food over here.

Very pleasant experience at the drive thru tonight! Too often I find the drive thru staff at most fast food restaurants to be clipped and short, sometimes not even speaking at all. But Krystal, who was manning the window was very polite, friendly, bubbly and a lot of fun! I just had to as her name and give her a review! WTG Krystal and Thanks!

First time visitors and what an experience: the kindest staff gave us the most kind and warm welcome! They explained the food and options, gave us several samples to taste and gave our kids a great experience—especially our youngest! Welcoming, tasty and overall great.
