Worst service , worst chicken i have ever had. Not the Kentucky fried chicken I remember. How they can get away operating under that name i don't understand. Go to Popeye's or Lisa's or anyplace else but there.

The food went absolutely horrible. The grease was old and the food was fried so hard and I didn't taste any herbs and spices but just the taste of old grease and bad chicken. You couldn't pay me to come back to this place. And spend my money, I don't even want the chicken for free. They kept giving out free buckets of chicken when you spend $15, but the chicken that I got was so bad to where I didn't even want to spend $15 to get a free bucket of chicken. I wouldn't recommend anybody eat at this restaurant. It has been a hit-and-miss because at some point I got some decent chicken. But then when I went the the other day, it was horrible, and it was a big waste of my money. I had to dispute it with my bank because no one would call me back from that restaurant and when I called the 800 number. They were no help. They pretended like they were going to give me a refund and then they said, no, we will have someone from this store call you and no one ever called me even up until this date. And it's been over two months, and no one ever called me, no wonder these people are being shut down.

i order up here all the time it has never been a problem with the food! nice lady named bre helped me tonight with a little mishap with a doordash driver she was so nice and understanding SHE DESERVES A RAISE AFTER WHAT HAPPENED TONIGHT!!!!! thanks again bre you are the best 💕
