Never again will I visit the location at alum creek and main Street in Columbus ohio. Stopped in after church ordered a 4 pc dinner with 2 extra biscuits, and Cole slaw to go with the rest of the meal and a drink. Had to pull up to the window to place my order because outside was not working. When I ordered my drink the man at the window told me to go to the store and purchase a drink because $2.79 was too expensive for a drink. I normally go to the Cleveland Ave/Oakland park location. Checked my order and left as we were riding i started eating the chicken and I told my daughter the chicken didn't taste right. Either it was old or no good the taste was totally different i couldn't eat it got home and gave it to my dog. Totally disappointed. I will never order from this location again. I will continue going where I never had any issues and the chicken is hot.

I have been here many times since they opened for business. The employee's have always been very professional. I see many negative reviews about this location, but I have always had a pleasant experience. I love having a KFC in the neighborhood and I hope they stay in business.

The food was top tier this morning . Whoever made it was definitely in it. I had the chicken pot pie which was AMAZING and mashed potatoes. Thank you for giving me this food on a really bad morning it was delicious and appreciated
The employee Tyrone was rude and mean Tyrone said he was employee of the month 3X in a row When I finally asked for the manager Tyrone told me he was the manager and said get out Won’t be back cuz of Tyrone

I just left Kentucky fried Chicken in Niagara Falls New York. I had a great experience people were friendly just very outgoing I couldn't have asked for better people to wait on me! and Diane was extremely helpful and she needs raise!

What a shame. When you are craving fried chicken you expect KFC to produce consistent fried chicken. Well that’s not the case for this location. We ordered a bucket of chicken and had it delivered. At first glance, everything looked great. As we began to plate the chicken we soon realized the breading was falling off and saturated in oil. Out of an entire bucket 1 piece held up and was edible. This is pathetic when you spend 30 dollars on chicken to get 1 quality piece. The quality of this order was poor and I am highly dissatisfied with this locations execution of fried chicken. It is literally what your brand prides itself on making. This store failed to meet the mark. Such a waste of money and a good way to spoil a meal.
Hopefully this location can get it together and execute the thing the store should be able to do with ease. Do better!
