So I do a mobile order 10 minutes ahead I walk up ask for a mobile order they just walk back and forth do not communicate a single thing to me so I assume they got a little busy so they will get my order ready another 10 minutes go by I hear the Hispanic woman with glasses call what sounds like my name I asked her did you say my name she says yes I open it and it says another orders name I was upset cause I feel like she did it on purpose another 5 minutes later and ask if they ever found my order they say they are waiting for the shrimp to be done which I felt like should of been communicated from the beginning another which by that time was already 25 minutes another 5 minutes go by then I come up to another woman I asked her please give me something else because I don’t have enough time and she gives me barely a scoop of the entree I was very frustrated I’ll come back when those two Hispanic women are off and I agree with another comment they have an attitude like they can’t be bothered to do their job and I liked the picture because I believe it was them

The service at this Panda Express is consistently poor. It seems like the management here lacks proper training, as they frequently run out of both entrées and sides. Today, around 5 p.m., there was a significant shortage of items, leading to disappointed customers leaving the restaurant empty-handed. This has become a recurring issue, which is happening multiple times a week. Feeling frustrated by the lack of options, I decided to visit a different location. I urge the higher management to address these issues promptly and ensure better service at this location.

The people behind the counter always seem so bothered to do anything. I don't understand how people who work in service can be so passive and annoyed when they're literally paid (not very well, I know, but still) to do what you're asking. This particular time, the guy behind the counter was like, "what else. What else. What else." The food is mediocre at best. Cleanliness is equivalent. I guess I have too high of expectations but looking at all the reviews here, I see I'm in the same boat as everyone else.Also, how unprofessional to have employee reviews out in the lobby! Gross

Young girl working the drive thru on 1/07/24 at 9:15pm needs an attitude check. My receipt says her name is "Daisy B". Super impatient/rude and made it seem like it was such an inconvenience that she had to take my order. Cut me off multiple times while ordering and after asking what entrees they were out of, all she was responded "a lot." COOL, but maybe elaborate?? & learn how to interact with costumers ;)
