Sit in line waiting to order 15 mins. Recieved food and it was cold fries and chicken, the sprite was totally carbohydrate water only just nasty.. I would not recommend this place to anyone..I'm so disappointed 😞 😔 😕 😪

I wish I could say something, but after 15 minutes waiting in the drive thru with a bunch of other people, no one answered! I drove up to window, no one there. 12:30 on a Friday. If no one is going to answer or take orders, close it down.

This was the abosolute worst experience i have ever had at a popeyes or any restaurant. And something needs to be done about all stay here immediately.

To start i placed a pick up order for 2 pickle chicken sandwiches with an eta to pick up at 9:43pm on April 1st 2025. I go to the door to walk in the lobby only to notice door is locked before 10pm which it states lobby should he available only to be told by an employee to go through the drive thru. Already annoyed i get in the line for the drive thru with only 4 cars only to be in it for another 20 mins! Once at the drive thru window i show the male employee my pick up confirmation only for him to walk searching for it as if it was lost or not made. After waiting for an additonal 5 more mins he brings me a bag with two sandwiches. Upon receipt i parked to attempt to eat ONLY to discover that this food is COLD like from the refrigerator cold. No way these sandwiches were made fresh. Which leaves me to believe these were old items. Which is totally unacceptable!!!

Upon noticing i drove back through the drive through only to wait for more time to reach someone to let them know my issue and food needs to be remade! Upon getting to the speaker a female employee states they are NO longer making anymore sandwiches after 10pm and do not make fresh chicken after 10p because they close in 30mins. Then proceeds to say i should come back tomorrow for someone to remake the order or get a refund since no manager is working tonight. Wtf?! I am livid and demand something to be done about this immediately!

This really is the worst place. They always miss giving you the food you pay for. The service is terrible. People will be standing for 10 mins before anyone comes to take your order. They don't hand you the receipt. Card machines were down, and their attitude was "too bad." Even after repeating the order, they still managed to screw it up, and I just got 1 combo.

My husband went there today 20 of March at around 4 pm. He asked for one of there 8 flavoring wings and was told they only sell ghost pepper flavor. I know this is a lie as I use to work there. He was told the only thing they have were nuggets so he got me nuggets. He was told they only came in a combo they don't sell only nuggets. To top it off they were cold I literally live a 2 min drive from Popeye’s. This was all from a manager I've tried calling over 5 different times to discuss this with a manager and no one answred. Disgraceful.

Wrong order, recooked but wrong order again. The manager was friendly and professional. My husband finished eating before I got my food. I ended up taking it with me. The best thing out of the ordeal was the chicken was fresh and hot.

the second time ive tried going to this location i worked late at a job where i serve people until close and to go to popeyes after thinking about it my whole shift only to be told 40 minutes before they close that theyre only excepting mobile orders which wouldnt be a problem if i didnt only have cash. i had money right then and there to spend and they refused me so they could MAYBE get some mobile orders. shut this place down cause theres no point if it being there if its never gonna serve chicken

Maybe you should change the name of your store to Popeye's I don't got no chicken

I placed a order online for pick up only to arrive and they were out of chicken and damn store was closed. How are you a chicken spot but out of what you sale and the beginning of the week? RIDICULOUS!!!!

The food was cold. It didn't taste good. For the prices they charge, I expected a better quality of food. Can't say that I'll go back to this location.

Doesn’t have chicken.

Arrived second in queue @9:45. Tried to place order @10:05 and was informed that a chicken fast food restaurant only had classic chicken (bone in thigh,drum, etc.).

I just wanted tenders or a sandwich.

Reasonably good chicken just not what it used to be. But they do have their good days. I just haven't seen them in a couple of years.
