I went in today for a Coco Colada Bowl and arriving home upon opening the bowl I noticed 2 hair strands. The customer service was okay but I was extremely disappointed to find the hair on the fruit, now that I think about it about it none of the 2 girls working had any hairnets. Extremely disappointed and won’t be coming back to this location.

Went in and did not know exactly what I wanted. The cashier, Kylee, was really nice, sweet, and patient and helped me find a smoothie which tasted great. I will be back for Free Upsize Friday.

I went in today for a gladiator and the service felt really off. One of the girls up front was doing all the customer service and making every smoothie while another girl just kind of hovered around and barely helped. It made the wait longer and honestly looked really unprofessional. It definitely felt like one person was carrying the whole shift. Hoping to see better teamwork next time.

went in right before closing as i had just gotten off work and im normally followed by a rushed visit and slight attitude but the girl working tonight was still helpful and a patient while i took my time need more workers like her
