I came in this morning and these two girls jayden and jessie brightened up the day they are very nice and make smoothies quickly and thick!! they gave very good recommendations and the tall one seemed to know a lot about the menu

I've been to quite a few handfuls of SK and this is always my favorite. The gentlemen who works here is always so nice and friendly. He always gives good suggestions and knows the products. This location is never out of stock of things. This location is clean and easy to get to. Don't sleep on this location. We love it so much!

Arriving at 8:45 PM on a Friday night fifteen minutes before closing the staff had everything nice and clean ready to close for the evening. Unfortunately my experience was not pleasant. I had just finished having a walk with my family over at the trinity trails and so we headed to the smoothie king over at the intersection on 7th and university for a healthy snack to my surprise it had been replaced by a nail shop. So we searched for the next closest smoothie king. We make it with fifteen minutes to spare but just like many young professionals (teenagers) are eager to get out of work. The vibe and body language showed the two young ladies were bothered by us. I immediately put zero for at tip. Drinks were handed over and that was that. As I was getting in my vehicle with 10 minutes till 9PM closing time. A lady with her daughter tried to go in and as she went to pull on the door the associate locked the door on her. It was bad customer service at its finest. If this location doesn’t want to experience the same fait as the other location that’s now permanently closed then these girls need to read this and get their act together. My visit was on August 16th.
Went in to get $5 smoothies for my kids, we were overcharged and given nasty attitudes. One cashier responded "really" when told to grab blenders. They turned out the lights as they made smoothies for themselves after rushing us out to close early.

Ordered an angel food smoothie, nothing was bad until a few hours later. Bad stomach pain and hours later at midnight, I threw up, BADLY. Exact color of the smoothie. Then after that I had the worst diarrhea ever. Later I puked one more time in the bathroom. Never going again. This store was actually cleaned nicely.

This was my first visit ever and the shop was very clean and welcoming. Beth and Lizzie were so awesome. Taking time to help me figure out what was best for me and had the flavors I was looking for. We will definitely be back tmrw! My new favorite drink spot
